ပင့္ကူ ႏွင့္တူေသာ သူ မၿဖစ္ေစဖုိ ့

ပင့္ကူသည္ မိမိၿပဳလုပ္ေသာ 
ပင့္ကူအိမ္သုိ ့ ၿပန္၍က်သကဲ ့သုိ ့
 ရာဂၿဖင့္ တပ္မက္ကုန္ေသာသူတုိ့ ့သည္ မိမိတုိ ့ၿပဳေသာ တဏွာအလ်င္သုိ ့ က်ကုန္၏ 
ပညာရွိတုိ ့သည္ ဤတဏွာအလ်င္ကုိ ၿဖတ္၍
 ငဲ့ကြက္ၿခင္းမရွိပဲ အလုံးစုံေသာ ဆင္းရဲကုိ စြန့္ကာ
 (နိဗၺာန္) သုိ ့သြားကုန္၏..။

Those who are
 lust-infatuated fall back into the swirling current
 (of samsara)
 like a spider on its self-spun web.
 This, too, the wise cut off.
 Without any longing,
 they abandon all suffering
 and renounce the world.
